- The equipment we source carries the certifications Canadian projects require: AHRI performance ratings, CSA (or recognized equivalent) safety certification, CRN for pressure-containing components, and CGA for gas-fired units where applicable. Kelck verifies each and your engineer of record reviews it before purchase.
- Can you match a specified make/model, or provide an equal?
- Both. If your mechanical drawings specify a particular unit, we source to that spec; where a specified brand isn't practical to import, we present a certified equal for your engineer to approve. Nothing ships without that sign-off.
- Does the equipment come with warranty and documentation?
- Yes. Manufacturer warranty, performance data, and the full submittal/shop-drawing package are part of what Kelck coordinates, all tracked on the platform.
